Apartment was go into operation invested 10 million
yuan by Zhuji Group in April of 1999, and completed
in November of the same year. It covers an area of 2,000
square meters with the building area 4,500 square meters.
Decorated in March of 2000 and opened for business in
June of the same year. There are 154 old man’s berths.
Zhuji Old People Apartment

comfortable living environment to old people. The apartment
is built up according to the design of guesthouse with
relatively high decoration grade. Consist of 112 square
meters front desk, reception room, clinic, 117 square
meters gymnasium, 2 billiards rooms, reading room, 3
chess and card rooms, laundry, 77 double rooms, 154
berths, lift, whole stainless steel cooking apparatus
etc.. It is convenient for old people to live and amuse.

including managing staff 3, service personnel 20 (11 nurses
among them), other personnel 7. Now there are 136 old
people lived in the apartment.
